STM32L4+ : SRAM3 is powered off in deepsleep

Summary of changes

By default, SRAM3 content is lost after deepsleep for STM32L4Rxx and STM32L4Sxx targets.

Deepsleep function is now avoiding this.

RAM size for NUCLEO_L4R5ZI and DISCO_L4R9I is increased.
