Add new Gap::EventHandler callbacks to ChainableGapEventHandler class

Summary of changes

A previous commit (bb35cba) introduced new callbacks in the Gap::EventHandler class. This PR updates the ChainableGapEventHandler utility class to enable chaining of those new handlers as well.
