Submission failed during "Comparing with other solutions..." #100
Description
When I was submitting the solution for gaussian-blur, the submission procedure always suspended in the "Comparing with other solutions..." step. Then it said time used to submit exceeded 40 seconds and my submission failed.
I checked my code again and again, compared with other users' solutions, as well as ran some test cases on my own GPU. No problems on coding was found.
During the submission, if I see "Comparing with other solutions...", does that mean that all the test cases are passed? Does that indicate the problem does not result from my code?
I wonder why this problem occurs.
