Another server running on this port or An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host 

when i deploy to win server i see error
 "Another server running on this port?\n%s..." % content[:512]) Exception: Could not read Browsermob-Proxy json Another server running on this port?"
or  "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" 

please help me how to resolve this issues.
