How can I suppress this message? Its appearing hundreds of times in my console output

You can turn it off via environment setting SuppressAzurePowerShellBreakingChangeWarnings.

This did not work for me (v6.13.2) - the warning appears even when SuppressAzurePowerShellBreakingChangeWarnings set

@keithsmith-ascendum , @viskin , we're using different variable SuppressAzureRmModulesRetiringWarning for turning off Azure RM retire warning message:

Set-Item -Path Env:\SuppressAzureRmModulesRetiringWarning -Value $true

One disadvantage of above way is you have to rerun above cmdlet after starting new PowerShell, you may set the environment permanently:

1. Set User or Machine scope environment variable as below

[System.Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("SuppressAzureRmModulesRetiringWarning", "true", [System.EnvironmentVariableTarget]::User)

2. Restart PowerShell
