Description
Added support for Operation field for the Invoke-AzFirewallPacketCaptureOperation cmdlet to run start/status/stop operations.
Updated the fields for the packet capture parameters to be inline with the changes
Added tests and generated help files to be up to date with the latest changes
Forced invoke-packetcapture cmdlet to use operation start as this API needs to be deprecated and cannot support status/stop operations
Added deprecation warning for exisiting Invoke-AzFirewallPacketCapture cmdlet
