This PR implements the following feature to OpenPIP:

  • Added organism create in data section.
  • Added organism delete in data section.
  • Added data upload, specific to a particular organism.
  • Added organism level search of proteins.
  • Added organism info section in search tab.
  • Added test data files to test upload.
  • Simplified deploying OpenPIP in local instance.
  • Updated readme and install guide.
