Use CMAKE_INSTALL_DATADIR instead of CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR for installing the pkgconfig and cmake files. Signed-off-by: Jose Luis Rivero <[email protected]>

When packaging the software for Debian, we found that
cmakeandpkg-configfiles are being installed under an arch-dependent path (/usr/lib/<arch>) usingCMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR. Since the library is header only, we can install them in an arch-independent path usingCMAKE_INSTALL_DATADIR.
