Rejected record view: "Assigner" field is displaying the CNA short name rather than the long name #2089

https://github.com/CVEProject/cve-website/blob/dev/src/views/CVERecord/RejectedRecordOrId.vue doesn't read the partner name map as expected.
Summary
The RejectedRecordOrId.vue page shows the legacy assigner value for the record. This should be updated to use the CNA long name from the cve-partner-name-map file, like PublishedRecord.vue.
