So.. does #154 make sense once this one is merged? If not, I'm sure we should think firstly about server parameters instead of extending API with the current syntax. |

Adds
query_with_argthat allows using something other than?for binding.Just a simple workaround for #60 that I needed to get unblocked that I thought might be useful to others.
