Print should respect any custom settings and allow better customizations

Expected Results

alphaTab should respect any custom settings set for the main rendering component within the printing sequence. Additionally it would be good if it is possible to pass in some additional custom settings which are then respected.

Observed Results

alphaTab uses the default settings during printing only.

1. (new AlphaTabApi(el, { staveProfile: 'tab' }).print()
