ENH: Finer-grained forum subscription options #685
Description
You can currently subscribe to a forum (which means you get notifications for ALL topics and replies), or a specific topic (meaning ANY replies to that topic). This new forum subscription option would allow you to subscribe only to new topics, but not replies. (This is similar to the option in the "what's new" module for "new topics only".). Also should be able to subscribe to posts being pinned and/or liked (I.e., I want someone else to decide what is popular and I should read)
