Export multiple header/footer rows to csv

Hi,

I use a datatable with multiple footer rows. When I export the datatable to csv, only the first footer row is exported, the other footer rows are ignored. The same problem occurs with multiple header rows.

Sorry for the delay in replying. There is currently no option for this. It is something I will consider for a future version.
