These are likely caused by a bug in the client launching multiple FA instances. In this case we just ignore the extra messages and assume that the player will close one of the FA processes shortly after launch.

Current behavior is that an unexpected exception is triggered, causing the server to drop the client connection, which also drops the GameConnection object. Likely this would cause the player to think they are hosting a game until they notice that it doesn't show up in the lobby list, and rehost.
