"Hide Flow Launcher on startup" doesn't work in prerelease [1.9.0]

If "Hide Flow Launcher on startup" is checked, Flow Launcher is still visible.

I checked the problem and corrected it. A problem occurred in the part where the Power Toy code was simply imported. The closed window was being toggled once more. Actually, the window is closed, but opening it again.
