Metalhead APIs used in README and datasets/README seem to no longer exist

For example - Metalhead.datasets() does not work, nor does the download(CIFAR10).

It would be good to update the README with updated APIs.

Does the problem exist on the master branch? The latest release doesn't have those updates tagged I think

@dpsanders The most likely cause for this is the vgg bson file not being downloaded properly. I haven't tested it locally but in Travis tests are passing and it explicitly checks this line. Deleting the bson file and re-running the code should do it

OK thanks, trying that now -- was probably due to connectivity issues. Could sum kind of automatic check be performed to ensure that the file was correctly downloaded? Should all of this stuff now be handled using https://github.com/oxinabox/DataDeps.jl ?

That PR needs a few updates. Actually the build is failing because it supports the Flux master and not the last release. The more relevant one would be https://travis-ci.org/FluxML/Metalhead.jl/builds/396383849
As for the automatic checking and DataDeps Mike could help us out.

The plan eventually is to have some kind of model registry with URLs and checksums; essentially something similar to BinaryProvider.
