Fix detection of interleaved undefined Real Time messages

When interleaving an Undefined (0xf9, 0xfd) Real Time message into a valid stream, the parser detects it as a valid message, with a midi::InvalidType message type.

It should be ignored completely by the parser, not invalidate RX running status nor reset anything, just be dropped.
