Understanding why and when employees are most likely to leave can lead to actions to improve employee retention as well as possibly planning new hiring in advance. As well as try to classify the Attrition of the given employee. The dataset is downloaded from Kaggle: https://www.kaggle.com/pavansubhasht/ibm-hr-analytics-attrition-dataset. This project would fall under what is commonly known as "HR Anlytics".
