[ISSUE]: Support shallow cloning of git repositories

What are you seeing?

This is a followup to GitTools/GitVersion#4561 to ensure that the new allowShallow argument is also supported on the actions.

What is expected?

The actions should provide a way to expose all functionality of the underlying tool

Steps to Reproduce

Try using the actions on a shallow repo

We also encountered this problem.
Our repository got migrated from bitbucket to azure devops and ci/cd will now be automated.
Since our repository is more than 18 years old, the depth 0 is no option.
Not because of the checkout step, the gitversion tool is running into memory leaks on those big codebases.
Would be appreciated to see this feature added to the execute action.
