Setting Up VirusTotal

Introduction

To use Cruiser's VirusTotal integration, you need a VirusTotal API key. This guide walks you through creating one.

Step 1: Creating a VirusTotal Account

Go to VirusTotal's Sign Up Page and follow the instructions given. You will need to accept their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Step 2: Get your VirusTotal Key

Once you have a VirusTotal account and are signed in, go to the VirusTotal Main Page. Click the account menu as shown:

Next, click on your API key:

And there's your API key!
