Galil: Set different values for limit at home

As a user I would like Galils to correctly report when they are at home. When setting up a Galil axis the driver has a binary limit at home argument which has the following behaviours:

• True: when you are at a limit say you are also at home
• False: display a home value based on the Galil home signal (assumes a physical home switch)

We should:

• Confirm the exact behaviour of the false value, is it designed for a datum home or a "flag" home? Document this.
• Add a third option for the home variable to just be set after a the successful completion of a homing routine (whatever that routine is)

Setting the limit at home as false is also dangerous as the driver reapplies the home value (normally zero) to the controller when it thinks there is a home signal.

The user would still like to know the raw value of the home switch for commissioning.

As part of this I would like the home flag to also be reset on conditions such as:

• Power outage
• A stall
