NIMROD: sample changer homing button unavailable #8504
Description
On NIMROD is you go to the motor view via the sample changer view from the synoptic, you get the screen as below and are unable to home. It looks like the error is due to an issue with an IOCNAME PV. Going to the motor view from the table of motors works fine - it seems the sample changer has its own/different motor view
contact NIMROD and patch when fixed
Acceptance criteria
- homing button available
- investigate whether current way sample changer access the motor view is still the best approach
