Python 3.8 reached its end-of-life (EOL) on October 7, 2024. Closes InsightSoftwareConsortium#285
For ARM builds.
No longer used.
Incorporates InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK@a637501, fixing NumPy 1 compatibility.
Towards itk-6.0b1 beta release.
Better support for C++17 per discussion: InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK#5369 Drop documented support for Intel mac wheels.

As we release ITK 6.
This is now the default branch on GitHub.

This is the latest version that has passed quay.io security scans. Update ITK for CastXML support for GCC 14 in the build images.
