JabRef dialog doesn't respect font size

Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Go to settings, change the font size to some nondefault value in the General Tab
2. Open About Dialog, and the dialog doesn't respect font size.

Furthermore, note that some elements don't properly resize the layout upon changing the font size (and typically, an application restart is really required to make the layout fully adapt to this font size change), the screen shot below is using the WelcomeTab in development for demonstration but I think this effect is also generalizable.
