Migrate Fetcher to Search.g4

In #11803, we migrate(d) away from Lucene syntax (back) to Search.g4.

We need to migrate the web search (and consequently the SLR search).

Refs: #6805

The converter should be already contained in 1c951fb - for converting the groups to a new syntax.

Nice. Then you know about ANTLR, generated classes, uses of the classes and the current fetcher conversion infrastructure.

Aims:

1. Improve documentation (code and user) by serveral PRs. Thereby increasing your knowledge of JabRefs code and documentation (e.g., https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/blob/main/docs/requirements/index.md)
2. Refine this issue in smaller work packages (e.g., one PR with tests for test-driven development)
