Make it easy to add entry based on textual representation

In #4717 the "Import from plain text" feature was removed. We should re-implement a feature where the user pastes a reference string (e.g. by copying it from the reference of a paper) and JabRef parses this string and automatically extracts the bibliographic information.

Possible services that support such a feature: Cermine, Grobid, FreeCite
