Renaming file to pattern deletes file.

• [x ] I have tested the latest development version from http://builds.jabref.org/master/ and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a file link to an entry
2. Navigate to the file entry
3. The file already has the same name it will get with the automatic rename.
4. Right clink file entry.
5. Choose rename file to a defined pattern.
6. Error box says "'File' exists. Overwrite file?"
7. Click overwrite.
8. File is deleted.

Log file is empty.

Lars and I would like to solve this issue. Can you maybe provide us with some more detailed information (maybe with some printscreens)? We have not been able to reproduce the error and we stuck at the first step because we do not know what a file link is. Thank you for the effort,

@robert-do Thanks for looking into it. You are correct, I cannot reproduce the issue either, so it was probably fixed by some other refactoring/bug fix.
