I tracked down the addition of this code to 5d5576a. I think, Possibly, the configuration of BibTeX entry types could be done globally with XML instead of constants in BibtexEntryTypes.java. |

The referenced XML file (
/resource/fields/fields.xml) is not present and it is unclear how the functionality is used. Maybe some plugin needed it?Therefore, I'm proposing to remove this functionality for now.
