Adds a clarification that we have improved the metrics of this model with a new SOTA, and adds link to it.

Description

Adds a NOTE with the clarification in the description and where to find the better model.

Motivation and Context

We published both models, one with low accuracy and another one, SOTA. We add this NOTE just in case people come across this model and not the SOTA one.
