DMG install (may be) broken on newer versions of macOS

“julia” can’t be opened because Sandbox is not allowed to open documents in Terminal.

macOS Sequoia 15.5, just tested with downloaded DMG of Julia 1.11.5

I just verified this and ran into the same issue. I suppose I have been using juliaup for a very long time!

I tried the 1.13 nightly, and it works fine on macos 15.5 now.
