Documentation tidy/improve #60
Description
Couple of minor points to be done:
- remove references to "unit tests" - tests can be anything
- update example of report to show latest schema changes
- review grammar/punctuation etc
- pass description and "single nesting" sections out of date, need updating to new xml schema
- CustomTestSet section is probably now not correct with adding time information to ReportingTestSets. This should be addressed by another issue
