  • make GitHub organization preferred method for Browser Build
  • add Variable for certificate renewal
  • add new graphics for using an organization
  • add a Reference template for Nightscout Remote Config vars
  • update the Build Errors page for Browser Build
  • update the Updates in dev section
  • update graphics/instructions for APNs to match Apple changes
