Local docs development

1. Install Python. On windows, don't forget to check 'add to path' in the installer.
2. Install Git
3. Clone this repository git clone https://github.com/suchmememanyskill/OpenCentauri
4. Inside the repository's folder, run pip install -r requirements.txt
5. Run mkdocs serve for a live preview of the site
