Adds a new variable that adds a org runner to the group specified by the variable. More info on groups here https://docs.github.com/en/actions/hosting-your-own-runners/managing-access-to-self-hosted-runners-using-groups

Description
This fixes issue #119 by adding an option to configure a runner group for org runners.
