Need to upgrade Qiime2 importation format #18
Description
PairedEndFastqManifestPhred33V2 is the recommended format for file importation in Qiime2, it is changing the manifest file format

Multiple modification to Q2Pipe will be required to implement this change (mostly in step 1 and create_manifest_file script)
