Description
The root cause is in TRT backend (filed a separate bug here: https://nvbugspro.nvidia.com/bug/5324291), where the backend occasionally returns more logits than output tokens for some larger
max_tokensin SamplingParams. This is an unexpected behavior and caused the LogProb length handling having index out of bound issues. Tested w/ PyTorch backend with the same sampling params and it doesn't have such issue.This WAR should be removed once TRT backend is fixed.
