Description
Test is taking almost an hour right now. Increase the prefill chunk size to make it faster. Local run is down to 7 minutes combined.
Also deleted gsm8k. There's no point generating more tokens after prefill for this unit test, the point is to test chunked prefill.
The change exposed a new bug (illegal memory access with overlap scheduler). Opened a follow up.
