After the Stellar Contract Library gets published to crates.io, we no longer need to import cargo dependencies from the Github repo. Furthermore, we reduced the number of packages from more than 15 to just 4 with the upcoming "v0.4.0", which simplifies handling of those dependencies.
This PR also addresses some of the compilation warnings as pointed out in #594
