Remove gulp-karma for karma

New version of the unit-test task with:

• Remove gulp-karma in profit of the Node karma API. (gulp-karma is blacklisted)
• Better list of files to load: bower deps with selected exclusions, sources sorted with angular filesort or typescript sortOutput, html files, spec files. fix Unit tests fail with Module Unavailable errors #188 Sorting files for karma (with Typescript) #333 Sorts source modules in unit tests, fixes #188 #344
• Add karma ng html2js to be able to test directives with external templates fix possibly add and setup karma-ng-html2js-preprocessor? #207
• Remove unsuported file pattern which broke karma watch
• Use watch task as dependency for test:auto to recompile js preprocesors files
• (not really related) rollback "sub" jshintrc for es6 because webpack's jshint-loader doesn't support it

Not included:

• Add a directive with a test to have an example
