Link popover does not close when using Static Formatting Toolbar

Describe the bug
When the Static toolbar is used instead of the Floating toolbar, the link popover does not close after entering a link.

To Reproduce

1. Visit Floating toolbar example https://www.blocknotejs.org/examples/ui-components/static-formatting-toolbar
2. Highlight Text to turn into link
3. Click the Create Link button, insert a url and hit enter
4. The link is added, but the popover stays open

Confirm that this is an issue. But, isn't on the roadmap to address right now.
