This PR re-adds 2 tests that were previously failing but are now passing on CI.
There are still 2 other tests that haven't been restored which are still failing,
src/tests/tracing/eventpipe/eventsourceerror/and/src/tests/profiler/unittest/getappdomainstaticaddress.<cs/csproj>
