I have deleted the 1.10.2 release and tag here, and on PyPi, I have "yanked" the 1.10.2 release. |

Once this is merged and 1.10.3 is released, I will delete the 1.10.2 release from here and pypi. Then 1.10.1 will be the last release compatible with python 3.7 and python 3.8 will be required going forward
