[Feature Request] Use extension on .conf.template files

Hi,
When writing NGINX configuration for docker containers, you often use *.conf.template which get resolved by the docker-entrypoint. It would be convenient, if the this extensions by default also applies on this file extension.

Meanwhile you can change this in settings.json

"files.associations": {
    "*.conf.template": "nginx",
}
