replaced deprecated SetCallerPres
did_full is now set to P-Called-Party-ID (first two digits removed)

I extended the maxlength of the username in the SIP Gateway view, so we can enter also usernames for the new PBX VoIP Trunk 2.0 (these usernames are longer than 35 characters). |
