This repository is depreceated as of July 29, 2014, and the C# implementation of COBYLA has been transferred to CSNumerics. All future development of the C# COBYLA implementation will be applied to CSNumerics. This repository will no longer be updated.
The jcobyla Java port is not affected by this depreceation.
