[BUG] Open/close expandable selects the row

When I open/close the expandable row, it gets selected/unselected.
Should be easy to solve I guess.

OK, looks like a click on the expandable icon is still getting propagated to the parent, which is the row, and the selection without rowHeader treats a click as a selection event.

@jpuri, could we put a stop propagation on the click of the expandable?

I've done that on my local version and it works. Problem is - the protractor tests are failing. Couldn't find the reason why.

Just had a look. Looks to me to be a compilation error. There was a PR recently that changed some of the protractor helper methods, I'd guess that probably broke it. #2983 I feel like there was another one at the same time, but can't see it.

Any update on this @yccTeam @PaulL1? I can probably provide a PR if one is needed and it's still how you want to fix the issue.

Didn't get to look at it. This is mainly adding the stopPropogation + preventDefault on the "+" buttons. Since my PR didn't pass the tests, I can't add it to the repo.
