Summary

add imgui-node-editor as a vcpkg dependency
remove the imgui-node-editor submodule
hook the Level Editor window into FrameEditor
update build files to use the new dependency

Testing

cmake --preset linux-debug (fails: vcpkg toolchain and Ninja missing)
