This commit improves the documentation around building Spark to
(1) recommend using SBT interactive mode to avoid the overhead of
launching SBT and (2) refer to the wiki page that documents using
SPARK_PREPEND_CLASSES to avoid creating the assembly jar for each
compile.

Test build #43547 has finished for PR 9068 at commit 1998144.

  • This patch passes all tests.
  • This patch merges cleanly.
  • This patch adds no public classes.

Seems fine to me, because of the pointer to more info. I don't know what the right breakdown is between info on this page and on the wiki; I suppose all in one place would be nice (i.e. just a link here) but I can't argue with this; the build/sbt bit is important.
