This issue is to track progress for Arm(R) Ethos(TM)-U NPU operator support. It follows on from #9410 which contains previously submitted and merged PR's for operator support.

- PACK ([microNPU] Add support for pack and unpack #9960)
- UNPACK ([microNPU] Add support for pack and unpack #9960)
- LRELU (int8 variant) ([microNPU] Add support for LeakyReLU #10127)
- QUANTIZE (requantize) ([microNPU] Add support for requantize #9910)
- TRANSPOSE CONVOLUTION (2x2 strides only) ([microNPU] Add support for transpose convolution #9855)
- Removal of redundant identity operators ([microNPU] Introduce a pass to remove redundant identity operations #10254)
- Addressing comments on testing for all operators
