When #9352 was merged, it became a requirement to pass runtime parameters to
tvm.buildin order for the RPC server to work. Most files were updated, but nottest_arduino_rpc_server.py, as this test requires attached Arduino hardware.This PR is a small change that fixes the test. I've verified it works locally with both
spresenseanddueboards.
